Teaching Guide: SFYV Volume 1

This document serves as a teaching resource to accompany Solos for Young Violinists: Volume 1 (sold separately). Included are suggested additions to the core repertoire of beginning violin students, a graded repertoire sequence of the pieces in Solos for Young Violinists: Volume 1, as well as an outline of the teaching points and placement into the Suzuki Method for each piece.

It is helpful for students to encounter music from varying time periods, composers, and styles to help prepare them for playing multifarious types of music.
